Beverly Hills, California – Knife fighting and spontaneous striking

Two days exploring the unique methodologies behind knife defense, power striking, deep ‘internal’ striking techniques and the relationship between breathing, pain, mobility, and mental conditioning drills. Unlike any other course out there, develop the body for health and combat in knife defense against single and multiple opponents.

$350 for the two days.  4 hours per day 12 – 4pm Saturday. 10-2pm Sunday
