This year we are happy to announce the RSC Spring Fling!
A Redwood Systema Campout taking place April 1-3 featuring Martin Wheeler with special instruction by Ethan Minor. This 3 day event will explore psychological, physiological, and emotional Systema not only through the lens of combat but also through the lens of navigating our day to day and moment to moment experiences.
Uncovering the depths of Systema’s gift is facilitated through gathering and training together. So, take this opportunity to see old friends, make new ones, and punch them… with love.
